kittysue is right- an agency will never tell you dont need to bring anything, and 99% of the time, agencies that claim they will represent you as an actor AND model are scams. also, do you have tons of professional acting experience? if not, an agency wouldnt consider you if they were legit. if you are also trying to model, are you at least 5′8", fit into a sample size (2 or 4), and have the right measurements to be a model? if not, a real modeling agency wouldnt consider you. ive never heard of this place either and ive been a model for years now. also, if you didnt ALREADY send in pro headshots (if youre trying to get acting representaion), and your pro resume, this isnt a real acting agency. if you didnt send in your snapshots or portfolio, with a comp card listing your height, measurements, dress and shoe size, this isnt a real modeling agency. agencies like this are almost always a scam, and they will likely ask you for money or tell you you need to pay a certain photographer for shots or take classes- all indications of a scam. kittysue and i are actually very experienced in the modeling industry, so if you dont like what we say, its unfortunate, but its reality.
edit: i checked out the site and this place seems to require a "membership fee"- a legit agency NEVER does that. they also use a certain photographer and you must pay that person- also a typical scam. that, and they take 20% commission if they do get you work (which they probably dont). thats a LOT. 10-15% is the norm

I don’t know that agency but find it very unusual that they did not ask you to bring anything. To any acting/commercial agency the minimum you should always bring is your headshot, resume and ideally a demo reel containing 2-4 minutes of clips of your best performances. For a modeling agency, you are always asked to bring at least a headshot with no makeup, and a full body shot in a swimsuit or fitted clothing that shows the outline of your figure. So even if they didn’t request anything, be prepared and show that you are professional by bringing in pictures if you are interested in modeling, or a copy of your resume if you are interested in acting
