I am a model with John Casablanca’s. Take your pics against a plain background with a bright shirt not black or white. Make sure your jewelry is simple and makeup is subtle.

You are definatley not too fat, perhaps too short though. In england we use feet to measure height not cm. I wouldnt consider your teeth to be a major issue, as many models have bad teeth, mostly due to too much smoking and coffee. I think you could do some good polaroid photos. By this i mean just straight on looking at the camera, maybe try a more serious face.

Oh and i think you mean you want to join an agency not make one,

you are not fat at all!!! you are completely unique which is just what the modeling industry looks for, send some pictures in to ford models (that is the best one so you can make sure you aren’t getting played)

they have the kind of pictures they like to see on the website. But be prepared to move around a lot it isn’t easy trust me. Also don’t try to trick them by touching up your photos or using make-up, agencies judge people by their appearances for their career so they know all the tricks! Good Luck

I can only answer for the UK here, but it might give you an idea.

Here, the minimum height is a bit taller than you (5ft10)… But that’s only for glamour modelling. If you want to get involved in clothing catalogues (no height requirements, but your hip/bust/wait measurements need to be of a certain ratio for the "standard" sizes they provide). Agencies are good about providing this information.

Also, extras work is an excellent way to earn a bit of extra money, and doesn’t have as strict requirements. Certainly sign up with a separate agency for that too!
