wELL, LET'S SEE- IN YOUR PREVIOUS QUESTIONS YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT PIMPLES AND ITCHY RASHES ON YOUR FACE AND CHEST SO WHO DO YOU WANT TO MODEL FOR?
if you want to be a model apply at abercrombie or hollister if you have the look they will hire u and then when you work there it will be much easier to become a model they will sent u to castings to take photoshoots because the people who work there are called models good luck hope it helps
Follow the link below. They are modeling agency that you can contact and find out how to send in a Resume.
well first of all you have to choose your agency.
ford,
dna
elmer olsen
etc.
(make sure you are 5'9 or more or you dont have a chance.)
take a picture with a white background and do a straight model face, then smiling and then with your hair up.
send them to the email that the website provides,
if you have any questions, email me

Here is a list of top agencies http://models.com/agencies/top/
Each agency's site will give specific details on how to submit pictures, what sort of pictures they need and other requirements (age, height, etc)
Send in pictures to as many agencies as possible, and they call you if they are interested in seeing you in person. If you send in pictures to more than 5 agencies and don't get any call-backs, then you have to accept that you don't have the right look to be a model. Each agency receives over 100,000 pictures a year but only sign about 10-12 new models out of all of them so your chances are not very good even if you are tall, thin and gorgeous
It depends on where you live. Do you live near a modeling agency if so that is good and if not move to where you can be represented by one. You can find a list of agencies on http://www.modelnetwork.com and http://www.models.com. Good Luck!
Schedule appointments with agencies and they will tell you if you have potential. You'll probably need head shots and a portfolio but if they think you have potential they'll instruct you. But hunny, theirs alot more to modeling then being tall and skinny. You might walk like a duck, so what good will that do on a runway? You might not be photogenic or maybe you are photogenic but when your with a real photographer you could freeze up.
My best advice would be to 1) Find a model coach or a runway coach (every major city has at least a few), 2) Find a photographer and take some head shots and some pictures over all of you so you have something to show at your interview 3) Call Agencies and schedule interviews.
It's good to come prepared, that way they'll see you really want too and aren't just there because you don't have anything better to do. Also, look up designers and models and things and learn so you'll stand out. Everyone knows Prada and Jimmy Choo, but you knowing things about Rebeca Minkoff and Botkier will empress.
Also, don't be too hard on your self, my best friend was really beautiful and 5'11 and weighed less then 120lbs and anyone who looked at her thought she already was a model, but when she went to an agency they told her she was too fat, and to come back when she lost her baby weight. (she was 17, and she was DEFINITELY NOT FAT!)
Check this video out - its Donna from California trying to become the next model for the new Hai-elite hair brand called PureHeat Hair Tools http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbLNpwGYhNo
Vote for her or enter yourself by googling pureheat model search for instructions
The next best model is sure to be found soon!

first off, you dont just "send photos" to abercrombie or hollister', as opposed to what that first girl said. secondly, you cant just send an email to an agency- you need to submit professional quality photos (and most will not let you submit through the internet- it must be mailed), along with your measurements, dress size, height, etc on a comp card. if you send an agency an email like that, youll nevre get one back. it takes a lot of work to become a model, and most girls can never do it. you must be 5'9 at the very least, with a size 2-4 figure with excellent proportions (meaning very long limbs, almost no hips, very small waist, a smaller bust; basically a teenage boy's body) and a unique look the agency hasnt seen before- trust me they get hundreds of photos per week of gorgeous girls, and you have to stand out above and beyond them. height is really important in fashion- im 5'10 and a 1/2, which in the real world is very tall, but was once told by a designer that i was too 'short' for her clothing. short girls really dont show clothing well, so they cant model as far as clothing goes. and you dont just ask the agency to come in so they can "take a look at you". IF they are interested in you after seeing your photos (and they MUST be professional quality), then they will ask YOU to come meet with them; not the other way around- but keep in mind only 1 or 2 girls are signed by an agency out of hundreds. its brutal and 95% of girls who are told they "should model" or are "so pretty" their entire lives try to get into the business and get their feelings hurt because they dont have what it takes.
Tell me what you're thinking...
