im already only 163 cm tall… they know that though.. and still want me to come for a photoshoot.
now since im already short and im sure it will take them a little more than usually to take me in.. what can i do to make myself seem more proffesional?

because of your height, you won’t ever do runway. you’ll probably be offered catalogue, etc jobs. they prefer you to wear natural or no make up, naturally styled hair (preferably your natural hair) and very plain clothes. there’s no reason to dress up as they essentially think of you as a canvas. try aim for plain tshirt/tank top, jeans, mascara, concealer. you can also wear heels to give the illusion of you being taller. there’s no real need to appear more professional in demeanor, but just come ready with a portfolio (if you have one) and a hair tie (so they can see your face more clearly if requested). good luck.
Are you sure this is a real agency if they want you to come in for a photo shoot before they’ve ever seen you in person, measured you, and took a few Polariods? This sounds like a portfolio mill - they make it seem like they are interested, invite you in for a "free" shoot, then bully you into buying 10-20 overpriced poor quality pictures and you never hear anything from them again. These are one of the most common modeling scams out there - they normally advertise for "models wanted" on websites then everyone who sends in pictures gets called for the photo shoot.
If you want to test it, send in a really ugly picture of a friend or family member from another email account and see if they also get called to come in for the photo shoot. If so, then you know this is 200% a scam.
I would do some serious research before you go as these scams are all too common. Google the agency name + scam and read what comes up. Do not bring any money with you, not a credit card, not your wallet, nothing. Do the shoot but if they want you to pay money for anything or buy the pictures, then just leave telling them you don’t have any money and don’t want the pictures
If it is a real agency and not a scam, you should go in with no makeup on, hair pulled away from your face and wearing something form-fitting that clearly shows the outline of your bust, hips and waist - normally it’s skinny jeans, a fitted sleveless top and high heels
You are not going to do catalogue work at your height - catalogue models are all 5′7" - 5′9" with a 34-35" inseam and measurements between 34-24-34 and 36-26-36 to fit in production samples.
All you can do at your height is either commercial print work or swimwear/lingerie where height doesn’t matter.
I wouldn’t wear makeup…usually they want to see how you naturally look. If you insist, just wear some mascara.
