German modelling agency wont pay me my fee!?
My German modelling agency refuses to pay me my fee.?
In January i have completed a job in Germany for a client ‘Baci’. The job was booked trough my German agency in Munich. It usually take up to 3 months to get payed. I have been in touch with a production company in Germany which were responsible for the whole shoot and have fined out from them in APRIL that the job has been payed at the end of February.
I have then contacted the German modelling agency to ask when im to expect the payment and they just fobbed me off with an excuse that the clients are taking longer to pay now. So i forwarded the bank payment draft onto them from the production agency and since then they refuse to speak to me. They took me off their books.
Since then my UK agency has been in touch with them and they said back in may that i MIGHT get some money in next couple of months as they experience a ‘cash flow’ problems and that was that.
What can i do to get my money?

all you can do is contact the German authority’s and find out how you go about suing for none pay-meant
you might have to enlist a German solicitors to act on your behalf but that really depends on how much money you are talking about.
i also think you should get your agency to pull there finger out after all it was them that got you the work and they are the ones to put pressure on these cheats.
