If you want a real agency, you need to go to Los Angeles. Most of the agencies will start signing girls at 14. The big agencies to contact are Ford, Elite, Wilhelmina, Click, Next, Look, LA Models

They all have websites with details on the type of photos to submit, age/height requirements, as well as dates of any upcoming open calls. If you and your daughter are serious, it’s best to attend open calls whenever possible vs sending in photos.

Whatever you do, don’t ever pay anything for an agency to represent your daughter. Real agencies make money by booking models on jobs, then taking a % of the earnings. The never charge for registration fees, website listing fees, classes or anything else
