What is the 'look' modelling agencies look for in all nationalities?
I know about all the measurements and height and weight and stuff and I have qualified for all of it except for the height just a few more inches. But I am waiting till’ I grow taller because I don’t want to have a bad first impression as an un-proffesional person seeking modelling as just any ordinary job. I have a really good knowledge on everything about the modelling industry. Just not much on the unique look they are after.
Do I prepare a portfolio before I enter a modelling agency?

Best Modeling Agency to start out with?
I am trying to get into the modeling business and I have been browsing the modeling agencies but I am not sure if any of the big angencies would consider my work in even the slightest bit. Is there any way I should start off and/or any specific agency I should try to contact first? Thanks.
I am also a petite meaning I am extremely short. I am not a diagnosed midget, but I am 5′ 1.2" so I need an agency that accepts petite models
