What is a good Modeling Site or Modeling Agency that is NOT a scam??

I'm looking for a good, safe sufficient modeling site or agency that is not a scam, for example, I do not want an agency that charges money to join. Please can somebody help me find some?!?

I just got a job at a modelling agency in London. Anyone got any tips on taking a good picture Please.?

Im so excited about this job but not trying to sound full of my self but I can accually look quite good on a moving film camera and in person which is how I got the job but when I get my picture taken it always looks awful.
